To start things off, yes – It does taste like a delicious creamsicle. After doing some flavor science testing, we quickly found that the classic vanilla-orange combo definitely works in an Energy Gel form. The real vanilla brings sweet and creamy, while the citrusy orange flavor brings a nice, mildly sour zip.

We also include beta-alanine, which can help promote formation of the intramuscular buffer carnosine, which can help delay the onset of fatigue during high-intensity efforts.
